Corporate & Charity Video Case Study
Future Living Hertford: International Men's Day
Project Overview
This project involved producing an interview-led video for Future Living Hertford to support International Men’s Day and promote awareness of services for male victims of domestic violence.
The video was created to communicate a sensitive subject clearly and responsibly, while protecting the identity of the interviewee and maintaining a calm, respectful tone appropriate for charity and support-based messaging.
The Brief
The organisation required a video that:
Raised awareness of male domestic abuse
Supported International Men’s Day communications
Promoted the Wise Guys programme for male victims
Protected the anonymity of the interviewee
Felt credible, safe, and non-sensational
An interview-led approach was chosen to allow the message to be delivered directly, while safeguarding the individual involved.
The Production
The interview was filmed with the interviewee positioned with their back to the camera to ensure anonymity. Lighting and framing were carefully considered to maintain a professional appearance while avoiding identifiable detail.
To further protect the interviewee, the original audio was replaced with a dubbed voice, ensuring clarity of message without compromising privacy. The production focused entirely on clear communication, sensitivity, and respect for the subject matter.
