Early Night

Even after a long day filming there is always the prospect of a pleasant surprise. I was running late and stopped for some quick bits at Tesco in Harlow at just the right time.

Down on the Farm

We were at Forty Hall & Estate yesterday planning more filming now that spring is here. The Enfield estate includes a farm of 170 acres and London’s first commercial vineyard since medieval times.

The Donkey has landed…

We were filming John W. Mills and his donkey in his studio for our forthcoming profile film about him. It’s one of those fantastic places where you don’t ever want to film with a shallow depth of field as there’s so much there. Just a quick glance gives you Quentin Crisp and Dame Betty Boothroyd.
